Our philosophy

Our philosophy is to look after our Residents in the best possible way, in a home from home environment, creating an atmosphere to meet all nursing, social, spiritual and psychological needs of the individual.

We regard and treat each resident as special. We recognise each person’s right to :

• air their views
• voice their opinions
• make choices
• be informed of their condition
• be given the help and understanding to accept the required treatment

We offer at all times :

• sensitive and conscientious nursing and social care from competent and committed well trained staff who understand the needs of elderly people
• a  key worker for each resident which gives the individual the feeling of being part of the family group, having someone who they come to know available for them to relate to and confide in
