Key workers

Each resident is allocated a member of the care staff to act as a key worker. Key workers are responsible for the physical, psychological and spiritual needs of their allocated residents.
Registered Nurses are responsible for the monitoring, reviewing and co-ordinating of the care plans for residents on a daily basis with a complete monthly review.
